One Community Now is pleased to offer financial assistance to those who qualify. We currently have funding for 2 separate financial assistance programs: ESG and HEART.
ESG funds are reserved for homelessness prevention cases and families in crisis. Qualified candidates must have been served an eviction notice and have a current lease.
HEART funds are designated specifically for individuals and families impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If you received CARES funding last year, be advised that some requirements have changed this time for the HEART program.
Both ESG and HEART will require a minimum of one visit to our office in order to fill out necessary paperwork, meet with a case worker, and get approved for the program.
If you or someone you know are interested in applying for ESG or HEART assistance, please call our office at 727-849-4724 to inquire.
