A LITTLE ABOUT ONE COMMUNITY NOW VETERAN SUPPORT SERVICES

OPERATION STAND DOWN is a weekend event offered once a year to bring homeless and at-risk veterans together in one location where they can be connected to community resources that will help them with housing, education, employment, medical, dental and mental health needs, as well as legal needs. The goal is to help build stability in their life. The next Stand Down is April 19-20, 2024.

Our support continues on after the Stand Down weekend is over through our Veterans Support Center located at 4620 Professional Loop in New Port Richey, where we provide a safe place for veterans to come together while providing resources and services that include free showers, laundry facilities, a monthly support group, food, clothing, benefit assistance and more.

We are currently focused on helping to find affordable housing solutions for veterans and their families. We work with local property owners, and we have acquired a few properties to provide affordable housing for veterans and their families. We currently own a house, a duplex and a triplex to provide affordable housing options for veterans.
